Fitness Education
We teach proper exercise techniques, instructional methods on how to lift weights, how much you should lift and when you should lift it, teaching safety and injury prevention. Our experienced trainers provide personalized guidance tailored to your fitness level. We emphasize the importance of form and technique to maximize your results while minimizing the risk of injury. Through a variety of engaging workouts, we help you develop strength, endurance, and confidence in your abilities. You'll learn how to track your progress and set achievable goals that keep you motivated and on track towards a healthier lifestyle.
Nutrition Guides
At the core of our nutritional education, we advise against fast food and instead focus on promoting fun foods that are both delicious and nutritious. It's important to understand the role of protein consumption in your diet, as it supports growth and repair. Green foods, like leafy vegetables, are fantastic for their vitamins and minerals, while blue foods, such as blueberries, are known to benefit brain health. Yellow foods, including bananas, are great for supporting your internal organs.
We provide alternative options that are not only good for your diet but also make food preparation easy and enjoyable. Our online menus are easily accessible and come with instructional videos that teach kids how to autonomously feed themselves. Additionally, we offer cooking classes to guide them through the process and show them how to create healthy meals.

We also connect learning to the future with post-secondary pathways like HVAC and plumbing, plus a strong emphasis on AI and technology. By blending hands-on wellness with career exposure, Malik Excalibur LLC gives schools a program that supports health, inspires ambition, and helps students build practical skills for life beyond graduation. We’re from the same neighborhoods these kids are from, and our passion is to show them there is a large world beyond to explore and how gifted and talented all of them are. We seek to facilitate those talents with our resources, knowledge, and experiences.
